REVIVAL WITH MT. VERNON FAITH CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE
From February 20-25, 2012, the Centralia Church of the Nazarene and the Mt. Vernon Faith Church of the Nazrene will be hosting a combined revival. The theme of the revival is S.H.A.R.E. Jesus.
S.H.A.R.E. is an acronym, and each service will reveal a different characteristic or attribute of Jesus Christ. Saturday evening's sermon will weave the different characteristics together to offer a beautiful tapestry of Jesus Christ in our lives.
The services will alternate between Centralia and Mt. Vernon on the following schedule:
Monday, Feb. 20 - Location 1206 W 4TH in Centralia
Tuesday, Feb. 21 - Location 601 S 42ND in Mt. Vernon
Wednesday, Feb. 22 - Location 1206 W 4TH in Centralia
Thursday, Feb. 23 - Location 601 S 42ND in Mt. Vernon
Friday, Feb. 24 - Location 1206 W 4TH in Centralia
Saturday, Feb. 25 - Location 601 S 42ND in Mt. Vernon
For the services on Feb. 20, 22, and 24, Pastor Ed Sprinkle of the Mt. Vernon Faith Church will be speaking and the congregation of the Centralia will provide the music for the services.
For the services on Feb. 21, 23, and 25, Pastor Tim Mondy of the Centralia Nazarene Church will be speaking and the congregation of the Mt. Vernon Faith Church will be providing the music for the services.
Each evening's service will begin at 7:00 PM, and there will be a time of fellowship following the Saturday evening service in Mt. Vernon.
The Centralia Church does have a church bus, and it will be available to transport people from Centralia to Mt. Vernon for the services on the 21, 23, and 25th. If you live in Mt. Vernon and need a ride to Centralia, call Pastor Ed to work out potential travel arrangements.
